Find your female hormones
A TS girl like me wants her blooming femininity turned into reality! And thus I travelled the web looking for those precious female hormones (mainly estrogens), and other things that might help me to transition.
First of all, I would like to say that I cannot endorse going experimenting on your own with hormones. They are powerful chemicals that WILL CHANGE your body AND mind, and professional guidance is required. That said, and against better knowledge, I found from my personal experience that taking small amounts of hormones over a longer period of time will result in the desired effects, and they didn't harm me personally. I do suggest that you read about it, though. Try some of the links on the right. You'll find an abundance of relevant information on estrogens, progesteron and other feminising hormones.
So, what did I do? The first thing I did is to bring my testosterone level down. You can do this with so-called anti-androgens. I found Anti-Androgen Capsules on the www.transformation.co.uk web site. I also tried a few of the other products they offer, but found them quite expensive and often ineffective. Strangely, I noticed that taking these Anti-Androgen Capsules that I got more balanced emotions, felt better about myself, got more energy (much, much more). I guess that my own natural testosterone production was wearing me down.
Next, I needed estrogens. They are hard to come by. I tried several online resources but all kind of export and import restrictions apply.
Then I found some information about a new product called Menohop. It's produced in Belgium and it's a concentrate from the Fyto-estrogen molecules found in Hop. Hop is a herb that is often used in beer production, to give beer that typical bitter flavour. People from the Benelux can get Menohop from the Dutch online shop Buysen. I 'm very pleased with the product. I take one capsule a day and over the past few months I felt AND saw things going in the right direction.
I just couldn't keep this bit of exciting info from you... :-)
Kisses,
Fanny
